Each year, La Crescent Applefest holds its 18 hole, 4-person Golf Scramble Tournament on the Saturday before Applefest weekend. It is held at the beautiful Pine Creek Golf Course. Teams can be co-ed and all ages are welcome. Pre-registration and prepayment are necessary as the tournament is limited to the first 36 teams. Sign up begins each year on August 1st, and you can call the course at 895-2410.

Special Prizes are as follows:

• Longest Drive
• Closest to the pin, first shot
• Longest Putt
• Hole in one contest (vehicle, golf clubs, travel voucher, and visa check card)
