Apple Mom Committee Member Information

The committee of women who organizes the events associated with the La Crescent Apple Festival Queen Candidate Program is known as the "Apple Moms". Assisted by members of the Applefest Board of Directors, the group begins meeting in the early spring and is in charge of many aspects of the Queen Candidate process, ranging from the preparation and distribution of information to interested candidates to the organization of the orchard tour, style show, community service project, selection of judges, and all other related scheduling of events that the candidates participate in. In addition, the Apple Moms assist in decorating the stage for the Coronation. A highlight for this group is working with so many great young ladies.
